Ludlow Falls

 
Today, we visited the beautiful Ludlow Falls.  As we approached, the gentle sound of rushing water grew into a soothing roar, and soon the river revealed its dramatic 15-foot drop. Even during the quieter seasons, the sight is mesmerizing, but I can only imagine the waterfall’s power and intensity in the spring, when melting snow and rain swell the river. Standing there, watching the water cascade over the rocks, I felt a simple, peaceful joy. The surrounding area, with its natural beauty and tranquil charm, makes it a place worth lingering.
